How to Clean the Plancha
Spray the ultra-degreasing cleaner onto the cooking surface and around the edges.
Use the spatula to remove any residue, paying particular attention to the corners.
Wipe with paper towels until the surface is clean.
Empty the grease collection tray into the kitchen sink and rinse it with hot water.
Then place the grease collection tray in the dishwasher.
The plancha must be left clean, as shown in the photo below.

Spray the ultra-degreasing cleaner onto the surface and around the edges.
Use the spatula to remove any residue, paying particular attention to the corners.
Wipe with paper towels until the surface is clean.
Wipe with a sponge, using one of the old sponges you will find in the kitchen.
Replace the aluminium foil, making sure to cut holes around the gas outlets.
The knobs and the grate can be placed in the dishwasher.
The gas cooker must be left clean, as shown in the photo opposite.
